Introduction to Bio-Physics (The root of MRET Technology)
Biophysical science is devoted to the study of vital living matter.

In 1984, Swiss atomic physicist Dr. Carlos Rubbia received the Nobel Prize for discovering a mathematically calculable natural constant which he could calculate the ratio of mass particles (matter) in relation to navigating energy particles. This ratio of matter to energy that forms matter is 1:9.746 X 108. This corresponds to about 1:1,000,000,000. Which means it takes a billion energy units to create one single unit of matter in a materialized tangible form.

This revolutionary scientific discovery shows us clearly that every form of matter is subject to higher energetic interactions. We fail to see the far greater amount of energy particles it took to materialize our reality.

Life-Force Energy
Physics define what we describe as “alive” as energy. Energy can be transformed but never destroyed or cease to be. Everything dead or living is essentially formed by atoms, the smallest tangible particle, and atoms are made up of a billion of energy units.

Vibrating energy, the Origin of Life
When we analyze the energy content of any form of matter, we arrive at its smallest part, the atom. Every atom has a nucleus at its core that is encircled by electrons. There is ongoing movement without any contact – nothing tangible, just pure vibrating energy called wavelength. Every form of matter is characterized as a specific frequency spectrum.

Information: the Basis of Order
Energy brings about information. Life is a constant exchange of energy and information. Every form of energy has an associated form of vibration, a wavelength that is measurable as an electromagnetic frequency. Each wavelength contains its own inherent information. There is no coincidence in the cosmic order, nothing arbitrary. Every form of energy strives to manifest itself according to a precisely defined energetic blueprint. Information means “come into form” according to a preexisting order (Latin for form = forma). So every material manifestation, every mineral, every plant, every animal, and every human being is an assembly of all the information involved: all wavelengths, energies and all the life-force that follows the impulses of a higher order.

The Power of Information in Water
Water has the ability to transfer frequency patterns/wavelengths to us. The structure of water allows information to be passed on to us. In scientific terminology, when two similar wavelengths having the exact same frequencies, and coming from different sources superimpose, it is called the resonant effect.

The Chernobyl Disaster / Miracle of the “Healing Waters”

Discovery of “Healing Waters”
In 1986, a nuclear explosion in Chernobyl, USSR, released massive amounts of radiation that caused thousands of deaths. Survivors suffered from radiation-related diseases including cancers, respiratory, heart and other disorders. Scientists were deeply concerned about the genetic damage to future generations.

The Soviet government sent the survivors to hospitals and spas all over USSR for treatment, but without any success. However, at one spring water spa in South USSR, it was reported that survivors actually recovered from cancers!

Dr. Igor Smirnov’s Findings :
The Soviet government responded to this spectacular phenomenon by commissioning a scientific study to understand how the healing came about. Scientists led by Dr. Igor Smirnov concluded that the healing power of the waters arose primarily from a particular frequency and molecular structure which released energy and “activated” the water. It was this “activated water” that caused the cancer victims and other survivors of the nuclear disaster to be healed.

MRET: Mimics nature’s healing waters
Spurred by this amazing discovery, Dr Smirnov began to search for a way to duplicate the precise frequency, molecular structure and other properties of the “healing waters.” It took him more than 10 years of intensive research and development before he finally produced a polymer that could “activate” water to resemble that found in the South USSR spring.
He called this invention, ‘Molecular Resonance Effect Technology’ (MRET). It is a unique proprietary and trademarked technology that mimics nature’s life-giving water.

Dr. Igor Smirnov received his M.S. in Engineering, Naval Academy, and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, State University of St. Petersburg, Russia. His research appointments include being Director of Research of St. Petersburg State University, Sport and Preventive Medical Group, Santa Monica, California, and the Holistic Medical Centre, Beverly Hills, California.

Dr. Smirnov’s most notable achievement is the development of the Molecular Resonance Effect Technology. This device causes the molecular structure of water to be restructured and become “activated” and thus, more bio-available to our bodies. He was awarded a US patent for MRET in the year 2000. He has authored many articles published in scientific and medical journals such as ‘Explore’, ‘RSO’ magazines and the Electric Spacecraft Journal.
